About Us
We welcome you to attend the services of the Westside School Road Church of Christ! We are located in the southern Atlanta metropolitan area. Our members span from Newnan, GA in Coweta county to other surrounding Atlanta metropolitan areas. We worship according to the way God instructed the early Christians in the first century. We worship every Lord's Day (Revelation 1:10) consists of preaching and communion (Acts 20:7), giving according to one's purpose and prosperity (2 Corinthians 9:7; 1 Corinthians 16:1-2), singing (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16) and prayer (1 Corinthians 14:15). We welcome members and visitors to worship with us and benefit for our Bible studies. We seek to be a friendly congregation, who are striving to help one another to make heaven our eternal home. God is our heavenly Father, Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, and the Holy Spirit is our Helper. The Bible is our only authoritative guide book for doctrine and practice. We are not a part of any denomination, but simply the church of Christ that you read about in the Bible (Matthew 16:18; Acts 20:28). We speak the truth in love and recognize God as the Judge of us all. |
